How long will the call last?
Calls can last between 20-30 minutes. It all depends on how many questions you have and what you want to discuss. Simply tell us at the start of you call what time you can spare and we will tailor it to suit you.
What times of the day are calls available?
When you request a call we will arrange them where ever possible at a time to suit you. This could be during the day, evenings or at weekends. Often it is best to choose a time when you can dedicate quiet time to the call so that you can make notes and take everything in. Call availability is on a first come first serve basis so the sooner you request it the more likely we are to have availability still.
Will I be sold anything?
No, absolutely not. This call is all about getting to know you and helping you understand your next steps. If you want our help then of course we can offer it but this is not the purpose of the call.
