So often the simplest thing to do is to ask, but then the question is who do you ask? That’s why we want to help you, by offering this free first steps call, so that you can move forwards with confidence.

How long will the call last?
Calls can last between 20-30 minutes. It all depends on how many questions you have and what you want to discuss. Simply tell us at the start of you call what time you can spare and we will tailor it to suit you.
What times of the day are calls available?
When you request a call we will arrange them where ever possible at a time to suit you. This could be during the day, evenings or at weekends. Often it is best to choose a time when you can dedicate quiet time to the call so that you can make notes and take everything in. Call availability is on a first come first serve basis so the sooner you request it the more likely we are to have availability still.
Will I be sold anything?
No, absolutely not. This call is all about getting to know you and helping you understand your next steps. If you want our help then of course we can offer it but this is not the purpose of the call.
How does Move Engine make money?
Move Engine works in partnership with a new type of mortgage adviser in the UK to bring you this service. We find and recommend only the best people for you to work with and always request your feedback on the service so that we can improve. Move Engine will receive a referral fee from the adviser should you use their service. This means we can continue to provide the Move Engine service to you for free. Our promise is that you will not be charged any more for the advisers service than if you went to them in the first place.
Does Move Engine provide financial advice?
No, Move Engine is not able to give you financial advice. We can explain how things work and how to get help but we are not a mortgage adviser. If you are looking to just chat about your finances, then still get in touch and let us know and we will recommend a mortgage adviser based on your specific circumstances. Not all mortgage advisers are the same, so it is important to choose the right one for you.

Hi, my name is Tom and I’ve worked in the property industry for over 15 years and bought and sold several houses. I have worked helping estate agents for many years and later at Zoopla, but I felt something was missing.
